Your Workout Isn’t Just A Workout...
It’s A Pledge To Becoming The Best You

  • The YOU, who gives herself permission to enjoy life while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
  • The YOU, who serves as an example to her loved ones by displaying the importance of being healthy and fit.
  • The YOU, who beams with pride after eking out that extra rep.
  • The YOU, who isn't afraid to sport a tank top or pair of shorts that displays your hard work and strength.

If you’ve ever:

  • Invested hours into your training each day, to see little to no results...
  • Followed a restrictive eating plan, only to find your body gaining back the weight once you stopped dieting...
  • Found yourself veering into an obsessive place with your diet and nutrition...
  • Felt as if you weren't meant to look... or feel a certain way...

There’s good news:

  • You can get a strong body
  • You can build muscle
  • You can maintain your health and be injury-free
  • You can radiate with confidence knowing you’ve earned it

The problem with most fitness programs is despite their best intentions, you seem to work harder and harder for less and less.

It’s why we’ve created a step-by-step system for reaching all of these goals, specifically for women like us.

Stop Wasting Your Time

  • Minimum Effective Dose approach
  • Stop spending long hours in the gym
  • Do only what you need to get the job done

Rather than slapping together yet another program you’ll have to organize your life around, we’ve gone ahead and created a program that’ll fit into your life.

After years of building up a community of strong, empowered women, and guiding them in their training while constantly getting their feedback, we've been able to perfect a formula to help women look and feel their absolute best in the LEAST amount of time...

All without running themselves into the ground.

We’re sure you’ve heard it before, but you can’t out-exercise a bad-diet. That’s just a recipe for a disaster.

That’s why we asked Dr. Cassandra Forsythe to write an accompanying Guide to Good Nutrition.

Dr. Cass (as we like to call her) is a brilliant, pragmatic nutrition expert and not one of those self-proclaimed “experts” either... she happens to be a registered dietitian (RD), certified sports nutritionist (CISSN), and holds a PhD in exercise science and nutrition. And if that weren’t enough to make you say dang…

She frequently speaks at various seminars and conferences in regards to female nutrition.

It’s safe to say, if anyone is an expert on female nutrition, it’s her.

The Faces Behind

"The Modern Woman's Guide to Strength Training"

Molly Galbraith is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, former figure competitor, co-owner of a gym, and a dabbler in powerlifting.

For the last four years she has trained clients in a private, semi-private, and group setting at the brick-and-mortar gym she co-founded, as well as training her online clients. She has worked her way up to a 275 lb squat, a 165 lb bench, and a 341 lb deadlift.

Alli McKee She believes in these overlapping lifestyles: living healthy, living authentically, and living passionately.

As Alli entered her thirties this past year, she stepped out of her comfort zone by adding a corporate opportunity to the mix. Now juggling a nine to five with private training clients on the side, Alli appreciates the value (and challenge) of maintaining her own training time. One of her favorite “lifts” is the pull-up and currently, her personal records are: 225 lbs for back squat and 285 lbs for sumo deadlift.

Created by women who know their stuff.

  • We aren't just faceless names behind a keyboard.
  • We are women who practice what we preach.
  • We’ve worked hard to build a community that thrives on knowledge, experience, and compassion.
