Molly Galbraith is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, former figure competitor, co-owner of a gym, and a dabbler in powerlifting.

For the last four years she has trained clients in a private, semi-private, and group setting at the brick-and-mortar gym she co-founded, as well as training her online clients. She has worked her way up to a 275 lb squat, a 165 lb bench, and a 341 lb deadlift.

Alli McKee She believes in these overlapping lifestyles: living healthy, living authentically, and living passionately.

As Alli entered her thirties this past year, she stepped out of her comfort zone by adding a corporate opportunity to the mix. Now juggling a nine to five with private training clients on the side, Alli appreciates the value (and challenge) of maintaining her own training time. One of her favorite “lifts” is the pull-up and currently, her personal records are: 225 lbs for back squat and 285 lbs for sumo deadlift.

A: Absolutely, the program was written to be adaptable to any training environment, so whether you train at a gym, at home or on the go there are workout's and exercise adaptations you can do to get the same results. You'll need a couple different sizes of kettlebells or dumbbells or a resistance band or two to make it work, but it's _very_ doable.

A: Yes, you can. The program was created to lead people from beginner through intermediate and advanced training phases. The programs available for people like you who are more "advanced" will be more than enough to keep you progressing.
